仕事内容: Responsibilities

 Serve as point of contact between Supply Chain and Commercial Operations
 Drive Supply Chain initiatives related to process improvement and corporate business initiatives
 Manage intercompany replenishment activities supporting commercial and local production operations
 Monitor inventory days of supply, identify potential shortages or excessive supply risks – Alert organization and initiate risk mitigation activities
 Maintain replenishment parameters existing, new and phased out products achieving optimum inventory levels
 Support and coordinate demand and supply requests with cross functional teams in commercial operations, customer care, Local warehouse global production, and global logistics
 Support demand planning activities as outlined by global demand planning policy – Product Re-Segmentation, Outlier analysis, top deviation analysis, Data verification, APO DP gap analysis to commercial budget plan, Host local Marketing demand review meeting by budget line
 Support general product availability inquiries; Expedite urgent product supply requests until completed, Provide expected product availability status
 Support supply planning and inventory management activities – Inventory at risk, Supply shortage root cause analysis, Host regular supply meeting with local senior management

応募資格

必須: Professional qualifications
 Business bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
 Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required
 Familiar with data analytics
 ERP planning system experience expected, SAP preferred
 Ability to prepare and present data to multiple levels of the organization including senior management
 Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
 Strong customer and service orientation
 Strong interest in supply chain, enjoys topics related to supply chain planning
 Self-motivated and driven
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Good English language skills including conversation, TOEIC Score : >800
 Strong analytical and organizational skills; problem solving mentality
 Team player, enjoys working in team environment
