Tasks and Responsibilities
• Inventory Management incl. 3PL communication, KPI tracking, cost optimization etc.
在庫管理、3PL(3rd Party Logistics)とのコミュニケーション、KPI の進捗管理、コス
トの最適化など
• Demo Machine and sample products Management デモ機とサンプル製品の管理
• Logistics Operation Management 物流オペレーションの管理
• Trade Compliance Management for the outbound teamアウトバウンド(出荷)チームの貿易コンプライアンスの管理
• Implementation of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) tasks in daily business
日常業務における EHS (環境 健康 安全)タスクの実施
• Co-Leadership of the warehouse outsourcing project for Safety Products Safety 事業部製品の倉庫アウトソーシングプロジェクトにおけるコリーダーの役割
• Engagement in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
業務効率向上のための取り組みへの関与
• Leadership of the inventory to delivery team
在庫から配送までを管理するチームでのリーダーシップの発揮
• Collaboration with other departments 他部門とのコラボレーション

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and knowledge 大学卒或いは同等の知識や経験
Related Experience
【Requirements】
• Over 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in SCM チームリーダーまたはアシスタント・マネジャーとしての3年以上の経験
• Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain サプライチェーンにおける5年以上の経験
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications
【Requirements】
• Business level of English and Native level of Japanese in communication 英語ビジネスレベル、日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• Advanced skills in SAP MM(Material Management )/SD（Sales and Distribution Module）on Key User level MM(Material Management モジュール)/SD(Sales and Distribution モジュール)を扱う SAP キーユーザーレベルの知識
スキル
• PC skill：MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) PC スキル：MS365(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams 等)
• Attention to detail 細部へのこだわり
• Ability to be proactive and take initiatives 積極的に行動できる方
• Interpersonal skills 対人スキル
• Hands on style ハンズオンで業務を進められる

給与
• Previous experience, salary and ability will be taken into account.
• Bonus payment
前職経験・給与・能力を考慮の上、決定致します。
