A global household consumer products manufacturer is looking for a Direct Sales Planning Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Facilitate account activation forecasts and plans that take seasonality, sales trends, and promotions into consideration
* Utilise margin tracker to optimise channel and category profitability
* Serve as the first point of contact for channel leads on intra-channel challenges
* Understand and incorporate the eCommerce equation building blocks into account plans in collaboration with channel leads
* Obtain consensus and alignment on direct business sales and campaigns with senior stakeholders
* Incorporate both direct digital and direct physical requirements into plans to drive a holistic view of the business
Requirements:
* More than 6 years of experience in channel account management as an omni channel account management for a major brand
* Experience in project management
* Prior experience in senior-level account negotiations
* Proficient in MS PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English
