【Responsibilities】
Digital Marketing & SFE Manager is pivotal in optimizing the sales team's performance and ensuring the achievement of sales goals through strategic analysis and support.
This role involves developing sales strategies, optimizing sales organization and territories, streamlining processes, and utilizing technology solutions for enhanced automation and CRM usage.
Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring digital success for sales and marketing teams, focusing on SFA/CRM and MA tools, defining digital marketing strategy, evaluating technical solutions, securing budgets, managing team resources, and collaborating with global and local solution providers.
This position reports to the Commercial Excellence Director.

【General】
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent- Business level English & Japanese Fluent (Equivalent to JLPT N1 - N2)
• PMP or equivalent capability
• SFDC certificate or experience is expected.
【Experiences】
• More than 3 years of experience in SFE, sales planning, or related functions.
• Must have experienced commercial and marketing roles for over 3 years in the healthcare industry.
• Must have more than 3 years of experience with CRM/SFA and MA.
【Knowledge & Skills】
• Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, sales planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (SAP) and sales analytics tools (SFDC & PowerBI).
• In-depth knowledge of digital solutions for CRM/SFA, especially SFDC.
• Strong business acumen for MA.
