The following roles are basically supposed but will be decided based on candidate’s skill and experience.
As a HR Business Partner, support business leader(s) for all HR related items (Talent Acquisition, Organization Capability, Talent Development and HR Operations etc.) to help business growth
Lead HR initiatives as SME (subject matter expert) e.g. Payroll, Social Security, Benefits, Employee Relations, Policy change
As a leader of HR members, provide guidance to other members and develop HR knowledge and skills.

Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Business level English (internal, external, overseas)
More than 5-year experience in human resource area - including HR Business Partner and HR Operations (Employee Relations, Payroll, Social Security)
Broad knowledge and experience in all human resources areas
Strong communication skills (Logical one, communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill and so on)

Experience in multinational company and matrix organization.
Study or work abroad
Network with external professionals (Human resource, HR consultant and vendors etc.)
High Business or Fluent English capability.
Broad HR experience and knowledge
Gaishikei experience is preferable (though is not necessary)
