The Manager, People & Organization, will act as a trusted advisor for all business and HR strategies. This role ensures the successful implementation of the defined HR strategy in the business.
Works with leaders (Leader of Others), managing complex change and transformation programs to support the organizational health of the business / business unit / market.
This standalone position collaborates with other areas of people, communications, and community to develop all HR initiatives around the world, ensuring that all team member practices are aligned with the global environment while meeting the needs of the global function / business unit / market.
Acts as a local "face of HR" and establishes the interface between the company and the relevant People, Communications and Community COEs to ensure the smooth running and execution of its daily people activities.
This role has direct financial and human responsibilities for a team of people and organizations partners.

5 to 15 years of professional experience, focused mainly in HRBP capacity
Bachelor's degree in appropriate field

Work experience across major HR areas from a business partner standpoint
Good knowledge of current legislation and its practical application
High level of business knowledge and understanding of complex business strategies
