Lead and oversee all aspects of the HR Rewards for the entire country, Cross-Border Employment, HR Systems Support, Compensation & Benefits, including successful execution and implementation of global processes and programs
Implement globally defined policies and procedures, aware of local policies & addendums
As part of the global HR Rewards team, input & influence the design & development of Rewards programmes
Maintain a close working relationship with HR Rewards GEO APAC to ensure that all relevant aspects of Japan are visible to the global organization & to ensure that global programmes are well aligned & coordinated in the location
Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities and accountabilities between Global HR Rewards, HR Rewards APAC and the HR Organization in Japan
Monitor and analyze external market trends and developments in HR Rewards related areas in the market and give feedback and input relating to those developments to the global Rewards Network

- 必須

xcellent command of English and Japanese (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
University degree or equivalent with a focus on HR Management
5+ years of overall work experience in HR with a focus on Rewards / C&B in international Companies with matrix structures.
Project Management experience
High level of analytical skills, good level of dealing with numbers
A good team player with supervisory and management skills
Good knowledge of labour law and social security regulations
High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR and Internet
