Purpose and Responsibility
You’ll be developing and building strong and meaningful relationships with Wholesale partners to drive continuous growth aligned with brand positioning and strategy. The partners will include multi-sports retailers, sports/outdoor retailers, online retailers, touch-point partners, such as camp ground operators, and B2B corporates
What You'll Do
• Research the market to identify prospective new partners that map to our brand portfolio and meet the company’s partner qualifications.
• Identify target contacts and decision makers inside target companies and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary.
• With the Legal Team, both global and local, establish contractual partnership with partners.
• In partnership with the local Marketing & Communication Team, co-develop pitch decks, product presentation materials and in-store marketing materials that clearly align the brand value proposition with the partner’s interests.

- 必須

• Minimum 5 years' experience ideally in a wholesale, sports, outdoor or fashion retail environment
• University degree in related areas
• Professional knowledge on the sport market, competitors, and trends in the sports industry.
• Advanced analytical skill, problem solving, process/project management
• Strategic awareness & thinking
• Capability of developing new ideas, considers potential outcomes and initiating action plans
• Able to present facts, opinions and proposals persuasively
• A passion for achievement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Native level Japanese and Business level English (TOEIC 750)
