Position Summary:
Lead R&B innovation project & deliver new Razor & Blade products to Japan market by leading technical areas by close communication with global project team (Global R&D, Factory & Supply Chain) with support by local team (Local R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement.)
Universal Accountabilities:
• Develop R&B products under 3-years plan of innovation projects by utilizing the company’s technology, knowledge & experiences with global R&D and factory team.
• Ensure to finalize internal technical specification with global R&D.
• Assure quality of products, raw/packaging materials to assure customer satisfactions and smooth supply chain operation.
• Support to take corrective and preventive actions for customer protection and satisfaction based upon analyses of customer complaints.

- 必須

• More than 3-year experience in working with global FMCG/Cosmetics/Consumer goods company.
• Prefer more than 3-year experience in:
- Consumer goods (including cosmetics)
or, the following experiences are optional
- Packaging development of cosmetics
- Factory management (Production/QC)
• Need English communication skill (level of conversation)
• Need Skill / Competencies of the following area:
- Project management skill in innovation project
- Molding technology to deliver consumer goods (R&B & cosmetics) (related with industry of plastics)
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical law in cosmetics/Quasi-drug area
- Challenging Spirit (Proactively seek opportunity to deliver new idea & improvement)
- Proactive action without any suggestions
