OTCファイナンスチームの明確なコマーシャル戦略計画を策定、戦略的事業計画および年次事業計画プロセスの開発、収益成長管理(RGM)とコストの相乗効果を推進、提言する。This position will act as the CFO of all OTC (Over The Counter) Business Units including Sales Execution, Strategic Customers, and Alcohol/New Businesses. This role is responsible for working with the Commercial Finance Head in partnering with the Commercial Leadership Team to formulate and execute mid to long-term commercial strategies for OTC business through the ABP and SBP process of the company. This role will be responsible for effectively aligning and cascading mid-to-long term strategies within OTC Finance and work with key stakeholders and partners to develop execution plans and aligned KPIs to ensure clear accountabilities. This role will lead a group of 14 members with 4 direct reports who are responsible for working with the respective internal clients on a day-to-day basis to execute and deliver the targets of the commercial organization. This role also has key responsibilities for all relevant governance and internal controls of the OTC Business Units.

- The role of Head of OTC Finance is a senior position; hence a high level of experience and education is expected from all applicants. At minimum it is required to have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, with a high level of proficiency in accounting. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable. At least 10 years’ experience of managing people and organizations in commercial and finance from a medium to large consumer goods Company is required. He/she must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, operating in a multi-cultural environment. The incumbent must be able to engage with executives, managers and staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
