日本法人1~2社の経理・税務業務とレポーティングを行って頂きます。Scope of functions:
1. Accounting
⚫ Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with group requirement, GAAP with updating new accounting and tax rules
⚫ Ensure monthly and quarterly closing process and high quality of accounting report package
⚫ Well-manage external and internal auditors
⚫ External contacts include:
➢ Affiliates on all interco reconciliations
➢ BU controllers in Japan on joint topics, starting with accurals, company valuations and so on
➢ External auditors on audit planning and excution
➢ Internal auditors on all audits performed in Japan
2. Tax
⚫ Manage tax return process and ensure to maximize the benefit of taxation
⚫ Communicate with Tax professional including tax return, international tax matters
⚫ Response to tax investigation with supervisor
⚫ Transfer pricing experience is a plus
3. Process improvement
⚫ Contibute to identify and mitigate accoutning processes with best practice solutions and systems
⚫ Develop and maintain a culture and activity of continuous improvements
⚫ Identify oppotunities and continuously develop robotization and automation of tasks
4. Risk Management
⚫ Establish and maintain effective internal controls on financial procedures, operations, accounting systems and
functions to safeguard assets of the company
⚫ Develop BCP
5. Personnel Development
⚫ Motivate and lead team members
⚫ Monitor professional development of team members through matrix tool
⚫ Guide them to develop into new steps in traning and experience, depending on induividual profile and interests

・15年程度の経理のご経験
・有形商材を扱う業界経験、自動車業界であれば尚良い
・SAPの使用経験があれば尚良い。

- 800万~ 950万円 (スキル・ご経験により決定)
