An industrial automation company is looking for a Country Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Align annual plans with customers and monitor performance periodically
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
* Manage credit terms and ensure timely payments from customers
* Provide demand, pricing, and payment forecasts monthly with regular updates
* Develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
* Monitor competitor prices, activities, and strategies
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of field sales experience in the automotive industry
* Experience in project management preparation and coordination
* Understanding of automotive industry dynamics
* Prior experience in inspection is ideal
* Proficient in Japanese; business level English
