【業務内容詳細】
- Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards for Customer Service, Order Fulfilment, and IT department.
- Accountability for CAPA results, stock forecast, monitoring, and planning.
- Assume management responsibility for the operations team, ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed and trained. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, including the service performance of business process outsourcing vendors.
- Build industry-leading customer service standards and work closely with the global customer service teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager in identifying distributor needs to generate new insights for service level enhancement.
- Monitor the service level of third-party logistics company and ensure that the order fulfilment team operates at peak efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with the goods and distribution practice (GDP).
- Plan and monitor budget and expenditure of each division to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure efficient and timely IT support to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to facilitate business growth.

- 必須

- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of staff management experience
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration and coordination among departments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making acumen to handle complex operational challenges.
- Great mentor with strong leadership and people management skills.
