A multinational IT service management company is looking for a Marketing Director.Responsibilities:
* Support market insights for local positioning and strategic decision-making
* Offer market updates and pertinent customer and sector intelligence
* Elevate company brand awareness in the Japan market
* Drive demand generation activities within Japan and across APAC
* Ensure value for money with suppliers and ROI on campaign spent
* Execute core lead development and customer retention campaigns
* Determine target groups and manage customer & prospect databases
* Devise and execute local digital and social media strategies
* Lead Japan PR initiatives to enhance company brand awareness
* Conceptualise, develop, and produce communication materials
* Administer the event calendar, encompassing event presence, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business
* More than 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the technology sector
* Practical experience in technology industry field marketing, channel marketing, or business development
* Prior agency management experience
* Experience in account-based marketing and sales enablement
* Expertise in Marketing Automation platforms (Pardot or Market) and technology (Salesforce, MS Office Suite, or LinkedIn)
* Understanding of GDPR requirements and privacy regulations
* Background with MNC B2B tech company is a plus
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
