An international household furniture retailer company is searching for an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Implement people strategy and guidelines at unit level
* Develop local leadership capabilities within the unit
* Deliver learning and training initiatives at the unit level
* Manage the people and culture team for a great work experience
* Partner with unit manager on people management
* Maintain consistent and impactful employer communication
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of HR manager experience
* Understanding of rights and obligations of workers and employers
* Knowledge of implementing long-term plans
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Native level reading and written Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English
