A multinational medical device company is looking for a Finance Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Analyse sales, gross to net, gross margin, spending, operating income, headcount, etc.
* Proactively monitor businesses for risks and opportunities
* Evaluate and approve BU requests, including price changes, financial solution deals, etc.
* Conduct spontaneous financial analysis and evaluation for business projects and initiatives
* Collaborate with FP&A for corporate and local reporting requirements
* Works with FP&A to maintain master data, such as cost centres, project tracking, etc.
* Engage in business discussions, including monthly performance review, S&OP, etc.
Requirements:
* 6-10 years of related experience in multinational corporation as finance business partner supporting commercial activities
* Deep understanding of ERP systems, financial planning systems, excel
* Knowledge of local GAAP and US GAAP
* Prior industry experience in healthcare is a plus
* Proficient in SQL, Power BI is desired
* Possess a valid qualified Accountant or MBA with specialisation in Finance is ideal
* Fluent level Japanese and English
