* Optimise revenue through financial strategies
* Choose, train, and oversee the performance of direct reports
* Evaluate operational metrics and reports
* Cultivate and enhance relationships with client partners
* Offer leadership and guidance for policy consistency
* Conduct routine performance reviews and coaching sessions
* Cultivate a positive work environment and address issues proactively
* Engage in cross-functional meetings to drive ongoing improvement
* Apply best practices, assess staffing needs, and make required adjustments
Requirements:
* Experience in a call center is ideal
* Background in coaching and developing action plans
* Ability to evaluate and enhance work processes
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese
