A global medical treatment organisation is searching for a Time Services Expert.Responsibilities:
* Manage LOA and vacation time and agreements
* Verify and update HR data accurately
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws
* Adhere to the payroll calendar
* Prepare required payroll information
* Resolve time and attendance inquiries
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3-6 years of experience in time services operation on a time solution platform
* 3-6 years of HR Services experience in payroll-time or HR technology is ideal
* Practical project experience within a multinational organisation
* Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is preferred
* Knowledge of Workday Absence Management
* Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese (Vietnamese or Thai is a plus)
