• Developing marketing strategies and tactics for a new urology product
• Creating key account management strategies
• Driving and achieving annual budget
• Networking with customers/KOL, other businesses/functions including global stakeholders.
• Provide on-site supports to salesforce as a field trainer visiting urological customers.
• Planning and implementing sales force trainings according with new product launch plans.
• Developing and deploying promotional tools (e.g. catalogues) based on analysis of customers’ needs through collecting salesforce’s inputs, visiting customers, and participating in exhibitions at congresses.
• Planning and implementing effective promotional events for customers such as educational seminars, training workshops, and co-sponsored seminars at congress.
• Launching new products
• Product management and support
※This position may require travel 30-40% domestically and 3% internationally.

- 必須

• Knowledge of medical device preferably in Urology, Radiation and Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in medical device marketing, with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
