<Responsibilities>
The Japan Marketing Director is responsible for leading and managing the Japan vision strategies and overall marketing activities across all market segments in Japan region.
* Facilitate and drive sharing of marketing best practices to foster better collaboration and deployment of resources
* Create and implement regional strategic / business plan and marketing strategies aligning with global Business unit based on regional customer, market, and sales needs.
* To provide product / marketing program training to the sales organization.
* Be the counterpart between global and Japan to support strategies etc.
