- Based on the business unit's philosophy and policies, formulate and execute medium- to long-term product sales strategies by maximizing and growing the individual capabilities of team members. Additionally, achieve business goals by being the central figure in close coordination with internal departments and JLL.

Key Responsibilities
● Strategic planning and execution to achieve AOP
● Development and execution of new product launch plans
● Strategic planning and execution for continuous market share increase of existing products
● Execution of surveys and implementation of measures based on survey results for market
expansion and new market development
● Execution of KOL engagement
● Collaboration with US headquarters and APAC region colleagues for global collaboration
● Collaboration with domestic function members for the execution of business unit strategies
● Proposal and execution of clinical study proposals for expanding evidence portfolio
● Team building with a focus on developing successors
● Expense management related to marketing, education, and LCS

Must Qualifications
● Business-level English proficiency
● 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the medical field (or equivalent position)
● P&L (Finance) knowledge
● Experience managing multiple subordinates
Preferable Qualifications
● MBA (including completion of individual subjects)
● Sales/marketing experience in the cardiology field
● Experience creating business plans in the healthcare industry
● Experience with Global HQ in business
● Experience in CRM sales, or business that affects the entire sales organization, or project experience
