An international fashion company is looking to fill an Internal Control Senior Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Conduct periodic internal control activities for all Group Companies
* Monitor the internal control system's effectiveness, ensuring compliance with norms and laws, operational efficiency, asset safeguard, and financial information reliability
* Coordinate and perform assigned control visits
* Formalise working papers on analysed areas with relevant control observations for the audit report
* Review the audit team's working papers on analysed areas and integrate them into the control report
* Support top management in annual risk assessment, defining and monitoring mitigation action plans
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, or business major
* More than 5 years of audit or risk management experience (operational risks and internal controls)
* Experience in a foreign company
* Understanding of control framework for the retail and wholesale environment (internal control, audit, operational risk, etc.).
* Familiarity with retail business processes
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
