A multinational technology organisation is looking for a Client Relationship & Sales Support.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with existing clients to ensure successful business execution
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls
* Promote and market a portfolio by delivering presentations and attending industry events
* Familiarise with the products and services and inform potential clients about them
* Handle client inquiries by responding to requests for information and proposals
* Stay updated on market trends, product landscapes, and competitors
* Ensure that solutions outlined in the Statement of Work meet client requirements
* Collaborate with the business development team to understand business strategies
Requirements:
* Practical experience in promoting products/services to new clients
* Previous experience in IT sales
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Strong technical understanding in new technologies is ideal
* Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
