An international luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a C&B Manager.Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the entire spectrum of C&B operations
* Oversee HR forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting
* Administrate monthly sales incentives in close coordination with the retail team
* Supervise salary and labor market surveys and processes
* Promote operational excellence in HR for efficient and effective operations
* Develop and enhance policies and frameworks for compliant and competitive C&B
* Cultivate a strong relationship with SSC for smooth operations and employee services
* Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and government agencies on HR matters
* Initiate HR projects to strengthen compensation and benefit operations and enhance efficiencies
* Manage additional HR administrative tasks for payroll and benefits
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business or HR management is ideal
* 5-8 years of experience in the HR domain
* Experience in retail is preferred
* Ability to build strong commercial relationships
* Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
