A global software firm is looking for a Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Create and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for lead generation
* Develop and implement regional campaigns using various channels to progress potential clients
* Monitor performance through Marketing KPIs for continued optimization
* Analyse market studies to adapt the regional marketing strategy
* Collaborate with the global marketing team to align functions and goals
* Support product marketing initiatives for new product releases
* Collaborate effectively with non-Japanese team members for sales and marketing objectives
* Coordinate website construction, including content creation and vendor management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or a relevant domain
* More than 8 years of experience developing marketing programs for SaaS
* Experience in a multicultural and westernised setting
* Prior experience managing agencies, vendors, and major projects
* Experience in Salesforce and Market is ideal
* Proficient in MS Office Suite is preferred
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
