At one of the leading healthcare companies, you will manage a Team of high performing recruiters!・Lead, coach and develop a Talent Acquisition team.
・Lead in all matters related to TA process effectiveness.
・Instil a continuous improvement mindset throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
・Execute the talent strategy and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
・Develop engaging relationship with hiring managers at all levels.
・Develop a data-driven approach to optimize the team's efficiency.
・Share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.
・Support current hiring and future pipeline requirements.
・Develop a recruitment marketing strategy.
・Keep updating with innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices.

- 必須

・Fluent English and Japanese
・Extensive and/or 8 years experience in recruitment either in an agency or inhouse talent acquisition team
・Exceptional assessment interviewing skills
・Proven ability to build relationships locally and globally with Senior Leaders and partner
・Previous experience in driving targeted DEI hiring agenda across a complex ecosystem
・Operational Excellence ability to become a best-in-class talent acquisition function
・Expertise and understanding of the latest hiring trends with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
・Ability to extract and interpret data from internal and external data sources
・Strong project management and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
・Ability to navigate a complex and ambiguous environment
・Proactive mindset and role modeling
