Drive sales activities to expand our focused products and profits within assigned districts of automotive OEMs and Tiers.
Generate and realize the opportunities in sales force with strategic approach aligned with business units.
Develop and implement sales plan
Learn our products and systems to maintain and develop our business in the customers
Get customer voices and communicate with international business unit
Supports all sales channels: OEM, distribution, our affiliates globally including local production site members.
Develops and maintains expense budget for district.
Maintain mass production sales volume forecast for avoiding supply disturbance
Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager

- 必須

3 to 5 successful (performance reviews, meeting quota, etc.) years of sales experience for OEM.
Knowledge of automotive environment and culture
Sales skills that demonstrate the ability to successfully negotiate and close a sales call
Well-developed interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build rapport with external contacts and give guidance and advice
Basic PC skills (excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Education: Bachelor's degree
Japanese Communication skills: Native or near-native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
English Communication skills: Business level

In depth understanding of automotive industry, supply chain, and production schedule
Knowledge of T1 customer base.
Previous automotive business experience through OEM or Tier1

- 想定年収:600万円~900万円程度(応相談)※ご経験・スキルに応じて検討します。
