Customer Management
Focus on customer satisfaction from plants on regional level
Voice of Customer (VoC) as input from cust. portal view and personal feedback in region
Leading quality related projects to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage regional Q-Meetings and escalations issues from customer
Customer satisfaction on management level
Warranty Management
Verify warranty contracts to supplier and customer
Training and support of customer warranty requirements to plants in the regions
Handle warranty topics within the regions plants (e.g. SQI/TQI, annual accountings, warranty improvement projects)
Control and verify customer invoices on regional level plants
Warranty Reporting's (e.g. Waran, TQI consolidation etc.) – actively monitor and reduce warranty costs in region
