Grow and develop the distribution network to support annual sales and business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategy, deliver sales target in Japan.
Manage dealers, improve dealers’ performance, acting directly on all related activities.
Development and implementation of branding/go to market strategies that differentiate the brand, ownership experience and products in the marketplace.
Work on sales forecast, coordinate with supply chain, logistics team to drive the business in the region.
Doing marketing research and analysis for business – with Marketing Team
Manage the new dealer process; selects, requests approval, signs, and sets up new dealers.
Manages the new dealer retail ramp up by training, grand openings, best practice sharing.
Develops, coordinates and conducts sell-in presentations to new dealer prospects.
Develop and manage dealer standards measurements, audit the store merchandising program.

- 必須
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
Minimum 8 years sales experience.
Experience with a power sport industry experience preferred.
Sales and BD skills, being good at making deals.
Dealer/distributor management experience.
Proven track record of sales successes, with hands-on knowledge of strategy, competitive analysis, development, advertising, promotion and market research.
Understands local laws and regulations applicable to the vehicle related industries and distribution channel required.
Leading skill to motivate dealers’ activities, as well as internal sales related projects
Accountancy skill, able to read P&L reports.
Good and proficient communication skills, workable English preferred.
Periodic, but extensive travel required at points of the year.
