Full accountability for overseeing the finance section of the Local Head Office, encompassing various responsibilities, with a focus on managing the following functions::
• The day-to-day functioning of the finance section of Local Head Office;
• Ensuring the monthly closing and reporting to the Global Head Office are completed promptly.
• Executing the annual closing and preparing financial statements coordinating with external auditors
• Preparing corporate filings as per local regulations.
• Tax planning and preparation of tax filings, coordinating with tax consultants;
• Creating budgets, forecasts, reforecasts, variances, and various reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in accordance with the directives and guidelines set by the Global Head Office.
• Managing liquidity and cash flows, coordinating with the Global Head Office and banks;
• Adherence to the Group policies and procedures
• Supervising the finance staffs at the Local Head Office.

- 必須

• Native level of Japanese written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
• University graduate
• Working knowledge in IFRS, JGAAP and Tax
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience of managerial role

• Holder of professional qualification acceptable in Japan or holder of an internationally recognized professional qualification (CPA/CA/CPTA)
• Excellence in accounting software and/or ERP
