公式ソーシャルメディアアカウント（X, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube）の運用に携わって頂きます。
Your role:
• Planning social marketing activities for artists globally
• Execute social marketing campaign or live streaming for each releases
• Maintaining owned social accounts’ profile & visual
• Work with other internal team members in Japan to prep for social marketing activities
• Posting social assets regularly and ad-hoc
• Planning social marketing tactics & activities for new releases
• Advising social management for each artists
• Checking & requesting trouble shoot errors+issues on social platforms
• Managing metadata & rights in social world
• Monitoring social performance for the company’s assets and competitor
• Sharing insights & suggestions of additional action in the reporting to A&R
• Supporting communication with A&R, management company and artists to report social performance

- 必須
-
Must:
• Minimum of 5 years experience planning & executing social marketing/promotion
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating official social media accounts & control panel by yourself (esp. digital rights and assets management)
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience executing digital marketing for music/video products in streaming services
• Great planning, presentation and execution skills
• Good analytical, logical way of thinking and capable of working independently
• Ability to use of office 365/Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point/Teams.
• Good written, verbal and face-to-face communication skills in English and Japanese
• Ability to form good working relationships with other team members.
• A strong problem solving mindset
