A global consumer goods firm is looking for a Marketing Director.Responsibilities:
* Collaboratively oversee key indicators such as sales, new enrolment, and first-time enroller
* Shape marketing strategy, demonstrating leadership to achieve company goals in sales, and enrolment
* Develop market-specific digital and social media content to connect with members and meet marketing objectives
* Create and execute a distinct marketing strategy reflecting the company difference
* Formulate budgets and annual plans for marketing in coordination with other departments, managing the budget
* Own branding, including website and printed material, in alignment with corporate guidelines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant domain
* Experience in marketing and leading a marketing team
* Prior experience with digital marketing forms (social media marketing and content marketing)
* Proven experience in marketing campaign
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
