A global logistics organisation is looking for an Air Logistics Manager Customer Care.Responsibilities:
* Enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention by maintaining high service quality
* Oversee, track, and propel all sales activities
* Take charge of achieving excellence in customer onboarding
* Focus on continual enhancement of processes and controls for accurate customer contact data
* Actively manage interfaces and facilitate the exchange of data to ensure efficient shipment management
* Prioritise and manage customer complaints effectively to uphold consistent delivery in line with customer commitments
* Foster collaboration with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC)
* Ensure achievement of financial targets and strategic objectives for the CCL
Requirements:
* Prior management experience at a forwarding company (Air Freight Division)
* Business level English
