As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Adjusting the headcount for each program and internal application (both Japan and Global).
Interviewing the recruitment requirements of each program and clarifying the target human resources required by each program.
Planning, formulating, and implementing recruitment strategies to acquire human resources. This includes planning and formulation of recruitment strategies, selection of recruitment channels such as media, SNS, scout database, human resources introduction, etc., planning and operation of recruitment branding, population formation, candidate handling and negotiation, optimization of recruitment process, and formulation of yield improvement measures.
Analyzing recruitment activity results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing them.
Handling casual interviews/first interviews, explaining our company to candidates, and evaluating attraction.
Handling candidates during the selection phase and personnel management.
Designing offers, providing internal approval support in Japan and Global, and offering interview support.
In addition, you will be responsible for supporting planning and implementing measures to improve engagement.

We are looking for a candidate who shares company’s vision and is passionate about contributing to the growth of company's business. The ideal candidate will have experience handling recruitment requirements, forming population groups, and responding to applicants. They should also have experience as a program manager related to human resources and be able to grasp client needs and create new value. The candidate should be able to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and have business-level English skills. They should also be able to work positively even under difficult circumstances.
We welcome applications from those who have experience in the human resources industry, such as sales, consultants, coordinators, etc. Additionally, we prefer candidates who have over 3 years of experience in the HR recruitment field, experience in RPO/MSP, and experience in managing a team of 2-3 people or project.
