A renowned lifestyle brand is looking for an HRBP Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on retail strategy, encompassing talent, resources, and rewards; conduct analyses and propose solutions
* Manage day-to-day HR tasks for retail, addressing issues determined in collaboration with HR Director
* Support Area Managers in people-related responsibilities, guiding change management and cultural evolution
* Diagnose problems, suggest interventions, and implement solutions in the retail setting
* Participate in programs for compensation, benefits, training, and talent management
* Optimise productivity and employee engagement in partnership with the retail team
* Achieve hiring goals and collaborate with managers for successful outcomes
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in HR
* Experience in managing an HR team
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Prior experience in retail is ideal
