A multinational sports equipment manufacturer is looking for a Human Resources and General Affairs Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor HR strategic plans in the Asia region
* Formulate HR plans covering compensation, benefits, health, and other relevant areas
* Create and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, etc.
* Drive and evaluate company culture across all levels
* Recommend continuous improvement in departmental efficiency
* Formulate corporate plans for General Affairs matters
* Oversee all GA initiatives, systems, and tactics within the organisation
* Supervise GA personnel's work and provide guidance
* Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards in GA operations
* Anticipate and address potential litigation risks associated with GA activities
Requirements:
* More than 15 years of experience in HRGA
* More than 5 years of experience as HRGA Director or Senior Manager in a global company
* Experience in consumable goods and B2B and B2C businesses
* Understanding of employment legislation and regulations
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
* Familiarity and interest in golf
* Proficient in Japanese and English
