An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a CRM Manager.Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain robust data quality standards by collaborating with multifunctional teams
* Conduct regular audits and take corrective actions for sustained high data quality by monitoring data inputs
* Identify improvement areas in CRM systems and operations
* Implement enhancements by collaborating closely with IT teams and external partners
* Execute a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the pharmaceutical industry by developing and executing
* Craft personalised customer journeys and communication plans by leveraging data insights
* Extend CRM services to the medical community by collaborating with the medical team
* Determine key touchpoints and engagement opportunities within the medical field
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in data strategy development and execution (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus)
* Prior experience in project management
* Proven experience in KPI and BI dashboard design and delivery
* Ability to manage multifunctional teams and drive change
