An international IT services and consulting company is looking for a Design and Construction Director.Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor projects from start to finish
* Handle budget and expenditure forecasts
* Align project scope with business goals
* Initiate proposal requests and oversee tenders
* Evaluate proposals and recommend vendor choices
* Track project progress and communicate updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in architecture or engineering (Master's degree in project management or engineering domain)
* More than 10 years of experience in project management
* More than 2 years of international experience is ideal
* Possess a valid professional licence (architect or engineer)
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Bilingual level Japanese and English
