【業務内容詳細】
- Ensures operation complies with local government requirements.
- Manages and handles Customs clearance operation with vendors.
- Prepares annual budget and manages department’s profitability.
- Monitoring delivery performance, and improving the situation with alternate actions.
- Implements proactive measures to maximize service availability and minimize the impact of service outages.
- Manages vendors and third-party/outsource partners to ensure delivery of expected service level.
- Establishes strong rapport and partnerships with overseas partners, internal customers and vendors.
- Manages for response to enquiries, order processing, billing, shipping and letter of credit negotiation.
- Ensures delivery of support meets defined standards of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Plans and implements service improvement initiatives.
- Manages carriers/forwarders relationship for selected lanes, from contract negotiation to ongoing measurement of forwarder’s performance, reporting and cost management including insurance management and traffic planning.
- Verification of all freight expenditures and performing various cost analysis and monthly transportation reports.
