マーケットリサーチやフォーキャスティングのご経験者を求めております。
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Global Insights & Analytics. You will participate actively in commercial efforts by providing an objective and detailed understanding of current and future markets, product performance, customers and competitors. You will also be responsible for generating foundational market understanding within the Cell Therapy area through the execution of market research and forecasting activities in Japan. This position supports our commercialization efforts for in-line and pipeline assets in Cell Therapy, informs the lifecycle management process, and collaborates with key stakeholders to guide product and disease area strategy. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan reporting into the GIA Lead for Japan/Intercontinental region located in the US.

- 必須

・Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience of market research and forecasting OR Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
・Fluency in Japanese and English
・Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
・Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
・Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, with changing priorities and significant time pressures
・Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

・Experience in forecasting and market research within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry.
・Experience working with and designing for Tableau
・Understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy
・Understanding of pharma data sources and experience incorporating data into analyses
