An international internet technology company seeks an HRBP Lead to deliver strategic partnership and consultation to the expanding cluster of business teams for growth opportunities. This position is based in Tokyo.
仕事内容
An international internet technology company seeks an HRBP Lead to deliver strategic partnership and consultation.
Responsibilities:

* Advise leaders on aligning business goals with HR strategies
* Mentor on talent development, team dynamics, and organisational effectiveness
* Assist in restructuring, planning, and headcount modelling
* Partner with TA for global business solutions staffing
* Improve employee growth through coaching and feedback
* Drive goal setting and performance evaluations
* Utilise HR centres for engagement and D&I programs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in HR field is ideal
* More than 8 years of experience as an HR business partner in a high-growth company
* Experience in a tech or advertisement industry is a plus
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Possess a valid coaching certification or equivalent
* Proficient in Japanese and English
