【業務内容詳細】
- Strategically manage and lead the improvement of end-to-end supply chain activities
- Accountable for supply chain KPI's and financial targets and drive to meet targets.
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, and related project teams to understand inventory needs, mitigate risks, and set appropriate inventory targets.
- Implement and lead monthly S&OP, facilitate Local Demand Review (LDR) and interface with global sites to ensure proper inventory level.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Negotiate prices and services with suppliers and ensure a stable supply of products and services.
- Monitor third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure proper and efficient handling of receiving, shipping, storage, incoming inspection, local labeling, transportation, etc.
- Develop a partnership with freight forwarders to secure capacity for timely delivery of all inbound and outbound shipments at a reasonable cost.
- Drive and support cost savings initiatives and opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams, global contacts, 3PLs and freight forwarders.
- Work with the global quality team, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.
- Communicate closely with management teams, including global SCM leadership, to ensure supply chain strategies and activities are aligned with corporate/business goals and initiatives.

- 必須

- Experience as a Supply Chain Manager for at least 5 years.
- Knowledge of all aspects of SCM in logistics, warehouse management, transportation, procurement, and demand planning (S&OP).
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard supply chain management software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Proven ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar relevant field
- Business level English
