An internationally famous entertainment company is searching for an EC Sales Promotion & Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive divisional sales goals by optimising team resources
* Develop tailored EC sales strategies
* Analyse data for increased project sales
* Foster team engagement and lead diverse meetings
* Support individual growth for enhanced team performance
* Create new music or shopping experiences
* Lead digital adaptation and propose efficient work methods
* Manage the official EC sites and sell music merchandise
* Plan and implement sales plans for own website
* Maximise sales and promote awareness of the company's artists
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of EC business experience
* Practical experience as a manager and people management
* Prior planning and implementation experience of sales promotion or marketing initiatives (consumer goods or e-commerce is ideal)
* Expertise with EC platforms, IT systems, and digital applications
* Experience in launching new businesses and projects
* Knowledge in analysing data (MS Excel, BI tools, GA, etc.)
* Interest in music or entertainment
