<Trainer>To train shop clerks (or BA), internal staffs as well as clients, on brand related products and services
• Develop and execute training solutions required to support the business objectives, sales targets by analyzing the business needs from the field or customers
• Create training materials and counter tools, by collaborating with the other teams by analyzing the business needs from the field or customers
• Execute or demonstrate the actual training sessions (the brand training, new product training, retraining, managers training etc.)
• Communicate well with the field or beauty advisers, to support and ensure their actual practices
• Interact effectively with other internal teams (Product, PR, MD and the brand DMI or APEC zone)

必須:
• "Metier" (専門分野) expertise (hair, skincare and make-up, fragrances…)
• Brand and product knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of business environment and culture
• Persuasive presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal & networking skills
• Passion for education, transfer of his her know-how and ability to engage teams
• Training delivery skills
• Driver's license
• PC & Microsoft Office skills
