A global pharmaceutical firm is looking for an Associate Director of Master Data Management and Supply Chain.Responsibilities:
* Contribute to data management strategy for global manufacturing & supply through operational tasks
* Handle data cleansing and maintenance on various systems as per business process requirements
* Review and approve data registration to maintain accuracy
* Manage data maintenance schemes for supply chain management and the organisation
* Define and maintain data definitions aligned with members by participating in community of practice
* Lead awareness of data requirements and maintenance rules
* Align requirements with users based on business flow
* Manage and address critical issues with related parties and technical challenges
* Collaborate with various initiatives and projects to meet requirements by guiding necessary information
* Enhance KPIs in alignment with targets from a data management viewpoint
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, product development, project management, sales & marketing, etc.
* Experience in project management related to supply chain management in a global manufacturing company
* Proficient in SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP BW
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Business level reading, verbal, and written Japanese
