Assistant Manager – Marketing, Internal Acquisition (Commercial) 東京/大阪Reporting to the Commercial Customer Marketing Manager, International Card Services Japan, this role is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy for existing customer in Commercial Payment Solution in Japan to drive business growth.
Responsible activities includes; internal acquisition strategy/plan, and managing end to end execution and tracking.
Activity execution: Plan and execute activities to bring results on upgrades and employee card acquisition for Business Cards through multiple channels.
Analysis: conduct post activity analysis to apply learnings to further activities
Projects: Manage and lead ad-hock initiatives/projects as needed.
Other: Manage marketing budget and its payment process. Support ad-hock business needs.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
• 3+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship skills (written and oral in both Japanese & English)
• Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs that drive greater advocacy

• Experience in B2B marketing with finding opportunities through data analysis will be highly regarded
• Experience in developing effective marketing communication materials from scratch both offline and online with distinct outcomes
• Proven track record of consistently delivering results and strong commitment in results
• Fast paced and strong multi-task management skill, residence in pressure and independent
• Experience in leading driving cross-functional initiatives in multi-functional organization with success
• Willingness to be hands-on and flexible
