• The mapping of each of our Boutiques to identify the zonings for animations and permanent displays in order to facilitate changes according to launches timings and animation themes, closely working with Global Visual Merchandising Manager.
• The design, development, sourcing of suppliers and follow-up of production/set-up of permanent displays and ephemeral displays for each collection, following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Forecast of all VMD materials to ensure delivery on time
• Vendor/supplier management, optimization process as needed, ensuring 3rd party service fulfilling visual standards and quality
• Attend the site of our point of sales in the country to provide guidance and to confirm the installation follows guideline.
• Monitoring/reviewing and report on the results of launches and animations
• A daily collaboration with training, retail, architecture and image, in order to meet the best of the Maison’s brand image and business needs.

- 必須

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, Scenography, Soft Merchandising in the luxury goods sector (ideally in the Beauty industry)
• A degree in design, interior architecture or applied arts or a technical school in artistic major
• Perfect knowledge of Sketchup, Autocad and Powerpoint. 3D rendering software is a plus
• You have a strong appetite and culture for Art and Fashion. You are creative and like to sublimate the DNA of a high-potential brand.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You are autonomous, a self-starter, dynamic and eager to take on challenges, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are organized, structured and like to implement efficient operating methods with a strong team spirit.
