Principal Accountabilities
• Key point of contact and owner of overall relationship between the client and the company.
• Find business opportunity and execute to increase revenue
• Build an in-depth understanding of the client business in order to anticipate needs and opportunities
• Acquire/retain GBP client working together with regional/global client management team
• Develop detailed partnership plans to meet client goals and objectives
• Provide clients periodcal reviews
• Provide accurate meaningful internal reporting to identify trends and provide resolution of concerns for business at risk
• Ensure that Contract, SLAs , SOWs and pricing are accurately documented and executed.
• Build strong relationships with key internal customers and business partners
• Coordinate communication of client policy to team, travel coordinator training, site visits and service level agreement contents.
• Propose and execute new service or tools such as On-line Booking Tool to increase revenue
etc.

• Extensive Client/Account Relationship Management experience preferably in the travel industry
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Superior negotiation abilities
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to customers
• Highly tuned interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrates personal excellence by showing personal determination and resilience and is optimistic in changing circumstances
• Fluency in English, native/fluent in Japanese
• Strong computer literacy: MS Office software
