高い成長を続ける外資系製薬会社のグループである美容医療企業でフェイシャルエステティックブランドリードを募集します！The position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing associated with Juvederm Vista, developing and executing product marketing strategies, programs and tactics that will meet or exceed budget and market share targets.

1.Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed sales target for the product area, expressed in units, value and other objectives on a quarterly and full year basis
2.Development, Implementation, Execution on tracking of Brand & Product Strategy and Promotion Plan
Have ownership of the product strategy, and lead in executing various marketing programs, articulate a clear market specific value proposition and tailor to fit program requirements, and ensure that the product marketing initiatives are executed in a manner consistent with company’s strategic objectives.

1~2 Brand lead associate/marketing associate will report into the brand lead position.in the future

・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, or related field, MBA is desirable.
・Minimum 3+ years successful marketing track record in product management
・Experience in the development of marketing strategies and tactical plans
・Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry/medical industry/healthcare industry
・Strong analytical skills and proven strategic agility with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
・Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, situational analyses, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment etc.)
・Fluent in English (speaking and writing), native Japanese

The position requires an individual who has product management experience as a marketing professional in a pharmaceutical, medical devices or healthcare industry. Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders as well as communication will be among your key strengths together with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
The successful candidate will be required a “hands-on” approach, requiring personal initiative and responsibility while operating at a high level of performance and efficiency.
This is a high-profile role in a relatively small marketing group, so you will wear a lot of hats
in this assignment, as opposed to similar positions in a leading company.
