A renowned business consulting company is looking to fill a Consultant position.Responsibilities:
* Provide client training, facilitation, coaching, and project delivery
* Exemplify our thinking processes
* Work with key managers to comprehend client needs, create proposals, and deliver client presentations
* Cultivate relationships within client organisations at different levels
* Utilise social media to enhance brand positioning and awareness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (MBA is preferred)
* More than 5 years of professional experience
* Experience in professional services (training or management consulting is ideal
* Prior experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, or technology industries is preferred
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English is a plus
